Thomas Kneale is highly experienced in manufacturing products compliant to BS 7175 Ignition Source 7 for Prisons and BS7175 Source 5 for Detention Centres, Immigration Removal Centres and Secure Training Centres as well as Asylum Seeker accommodation.
Additionally, highly specialist products such as anti-ligature blankets, pillows and clothing are manufactured and stocked as well as prison specification clothing including jogging bottoms with no side or front pockets, no drawstrings and Velcro footwear without laces.
Flame Retardant cell curtains are also manufactured incorporating Velcro header tape or tiny magnet hang fasteners to meet Health and Safety requirements.
